Which mattress firmness to choose?
Up to 80 kg or for side sleepers we recommend firmness H2 – H3; from 90 kg or for firmer support, H4. If you're not sure, try the Sleep Compass.
What is the difference between a foam and a spring mattress?
Foam follows the body more closely and is quieter; pocket springs ventilate better and hold a firmer edge. Hybrid cores combine both.

Which bed base is suitable for a mattress?
A slatted bed base with slat spacing of up to 6 cm. For spring cores, a flat and stable surface along the entire length of the mattress is important.
