From birth, a child needs a quality, resilient and firm mattress. For the next two years of life, a baby will sleep 12-16 hours a day, discover the world, listen to stories and play in their very first bed. Create comfortable conditions for your little one’s healthy development with BENAB children’s mattresses.

Pediatricians call for firm mattresses

Pediatricians’ recommendations are based on many years of observation: a firm children’s mattress reduces the risk of suffocation and sudden infant death syndrome. A flat surface with optimal firmness is essential for the formation of the spine and neck, a nicely shaped head and the proper development of internal organs.

BENAB uses certified, new-generation hypoallergenic materials for its children’s mattresses:

  • Bambino Classic. Polyurethane foam is a polyester foam with a high degree of firmness;
  • Bambino latex. A two-sided children’s mattress made of perforated latex and HR foam with a porous structure.
  • Bambino Eco. A two-sided model with a firm layer of resilient coconut fibre and elastic HR foam.

BENAB children’s mattresses meet pediatricians’ requirements.

  • medium firm, they ensure the correct position of the child’s body while sleeping, eating and playing;
  • resilient and elastic, they minimize the risk of injury;
  • wear-resistant, they don’t fall apart or break;
  • they maintain a normal temperature.

Safe sizes of BENAB children’s mattresses

All children’s mattress models match the worldwide standard for baby cots: length 120 cm, width 60 cm. The mattress fits snugly against the sides of the cot, leaving no gaps and no risk of injury.

The mattresses are 6-8 cm high, suitable for a cot or as a play mat in a room or on a terrace.

BENAB has created children’s mattress covers for sensitive skin

Children’s mattress models use covers sewn from textiles with sandwich-type fillings. The top layer is made of silky Aloe Vera, Chloe Active and Tencel knit. The membrane structure of the fabric lets air through and quickly wicks away moisture. Fillings are made of safe polyester fibers, viscose, lyocell and PES fiber.

BENAB children’s mattress covers have antibacterial properties; harmful bacteria, microorganisms and dust mites do not accumulate in them. The fabric structure is suitable for a child’s sensitive skin.

BENAB children’s mattresses are certified to the OEKO-TEX standard

The most important indicator of textile product safety, first used in 1992. 17 independent research institutes are responsible for objective textile testing, with branches operating in 40 countries worldwide.

The materials for the children’s mattresses were tested for the absence of allergens and contact dermatitis triggers, toxic and radioactive substances, heavy metals and formaldehyde. With a BENAB children’s mattress, parents can rest easy and the child stays healthy.
